My hats are made of 100% hand-dyed merino wool that’s incredibly soft to the touch, and produced by a family owned business that employs mostly women, and tries to give employment to people who have fewer opportunities than the average individual.

My Christmas Stockings are made of 100% wool. This wool is rustic and lightly processed, so it’s firm and scratchy - perfect for stockings to keep their shape when hung.

I buy my yarn from a handful of local businesses, my favorite is Coveted Yarn in Gloucester, MA. 

Quality, handmade and hand-dyed yarn looks totally (altogether) different from factory made yarn.  And since each dye-job comes out slightly different than the last, I’ll often buy colors in batches so your specific product has the same color throughout!

Hats should be spot cleaned only. Christmas Stockings should be hand-washed and laid flat to dry. In the off season Christmas Stockings should be stored in an airtight container or bag with a natural moth repellent (lavender and cedar scents naturally repel moths).

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns, unless:

-your product is damaged

-you ordered a matching set and it doesn’t fit you child

If that is the case, I’m so sorry!  Contact us within 14 days and we’ll make it right. The buyer is responsible for return shipping and 10% restocking fee for hats returned for sizing. There are no returns for custom hats or personalized Christmas Stockings. 

Turnaround time depends on the time of year. If stockings are listed as in stock, the turnaround time can be as little as a week, but longer if multiple orders come in at once. If you want to know where I’m at in terms of turnaround time, shoot me an email!

I do my best to keep a variety of color combinations up for sale, but due to high demand and the already-personalized nature of my stockings, I cannot fulfill all customization requests. That being said - you’re always welcome to inquire, and we may be able to work something out.

Twenty percent.  If you buy a hat for $95, $19 goes to the haven project. $19 is enough to provide essentials such as a portable phone charger, or reliable transportation to and from employment.

Depending on the stocking, I might be able to. Please contact me, turn around time for this project would be at least 2-3 months and the price would start at $165.

To reduce my carbon footprint, items are shipped in high quality, repurposed plastic shipping envelopes.
